  • PC won't turn on, or switches itself off
  • No display, black screen or "no signal" on the monitor
  • Power supply (PSU) faults
  • Motherboard faults
  • Graphics card faults
  • Memory (RAM) faults
  • Hard drive and SSD failures
  • Blue screens, crashes and random restarts
  • Windows won't start or is stuck on startup
  • Slow performance and freezing
  • Overheating, noisy fans and dust build-up
  • Viruses and malware

Data recovery

If your PC has stopped working or a drive has failed, we can try to recover your files, photos and documents. We can also move your data from an old PC to a new one.

Upgrades

Upgrading an older PC is often cheaper than buying a new one. We fit SSDs, extra memory (RAM), power supplies and graphics cards. If an upgrade isn't worth the money for your machine, we'll tell you.

Brands we repair

We repair desktops from Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, MSI and most other brands, as well as custom-built and gaming PCs. For laptops, see Laptop Repair. For iMac and Mac mini, see Mac Repair.

Office and business computers

If a work computer at your shop or office stops working, contact us. We know a broken PC costs a business time and money.

Parts we use

We use genuine parts where they are available. If a genuine part is not available, we use a compatible part. We always tell you before work starts which type of part we will use, and the price will depend on the part used.

No fix, no fee

There is no charge for diagnosis. We find the fault and give you a price before any work starts, and you only pay if we fix your PC.

How to get your PC repaired

  1. Bring your desktop computer to our shop. You don't need to bring the monitor, keyboard or mouse unless they're part of the problem.
  2. We diagnose the fault free of charge and tell you the price.
  3. Once you agree, we repair it and let you know when it's ready to collect.
